You can be notified when the Project Manager on a project has been changed - that is when editing the Project Manager field on the edit build form or by bulk updating the project manager on the Build Projects table.
How to set up the Project Manager Change Notification
To set up the Project Manager Change Notification
- Click on your profile dropdown (your initials in a circle) to the top right of your screen, and scroll down to the Notification Control line.
This will open the Staff Notifications screen. - Scrolling down to the Project Notifications section, you can tick the Project Manager Changed (Your Projects) and/or the Project Manager Changed (Other Projects) options.
- The Project Manager Changed (Your Projects) will notify you when the Project Manager has been changed on projects you are the Project Manager of i.e.- Project Manager Changed (Other Projects) will notify you when the Project Manager has been changed on projects you are not the Project Manager of
