From your Financial Management Tab you can navigate to the projects budget tab. Here you will find the Purchase Order, Bills and Invoices list pages.
From within either of these three tabs you will see a list of the documents and information regarding reference, Categories, Contacts, Dates, Totals, Payments, Status and now a new Xero Status column.
In this latest update to the above pages we now have a new Xero Status Column.
This column will only show when you have the Xero setting turned on to send documents to Xero. If the Slide is turned off the column will be hidden.
When your documents are sending to xero we now show a status column to the right hand side of the page showing "In Xero" for successfully delivered documents and "Not in Xero" for documents that have failed to send to xero or are yet to be pushed to xero.
There is also a new filter allowing you to filter all documents "In Xero" or "Not in Xero"
As part of this work we have also changed how we send emails for failures. We will wait until Xero has retried to send the document before we send the email notifying you of the issue.
Please Note this is a BETA release: So you will need to REFRESH your page to show the status of documents just created and send as it does take a few seconds for the link between Rave and Xero to complete the transaction. Clicking away from the page and back in will also do the same thing.
