The Build Projects sub-tab displays your current project list, listing all the projects/jobs that are under construction, in a maintenance phase or are soon to start construction.
Build Projects Bulk Action Drop-down - Set Project Stage/Status/Project Manager
To the top left, we have a 'Bulk Action' dropdown - where you can quickly select multiple jobs (via each job's tick box to the left) and update them to a specific:
- Project Stage i.e. Pricing and Estimating, Awaiting Building Consent, Job Awaiting Start, In Construction, etc
- Status i.e. Pending, Active, Maintenance
- Project Manager
Selecting an action, opens the Project Stage/Status/Project Manager selection pop-up - allowing you to select the specific Project Stage/Status/Project Manager to confirm. The pop-up then displays all the projects that are going to be changed, and once confirmed, makes the changes.
