Requesting a password reset for your contractor is simple.
Please note the ability to EDIT a contractors profile is permission based. You can have the ability to add a contractor but not edit a contractor. If you dont have permission the edit button will be Greyed out and a note will explain why.
If this permission isn't set for you, you cant send the Contractor a password reset link manually by using the below link https://pro.ravebuild.com/s/password/reset you simply type their user name (email) into the box and push send Password Reset Link and it will resend them the link to set a new password.
Start by clicking on the 'Contractors/Contacts' tab, this will open your 'Contractors' sub-tab, where you'll see the first page of your contractor list.
Step 1
Click the 'Show' button for the contractor you would like to reset their password for.
Step 2
That will open the Contractors Profile, from here, we click on the 'Edit' button.
Step 3
From the Edit Contractor screen - click on 'Contractor Login' button to the bottom left of the screen.
This will expand the Contractor Login section. Next to their login email address is a Reset Contractor Password 'Submit' button - click on this to send the reset password email to the contractor.
