To REMOVE a Contractor's profile:


With the permission set to "Remove a Contractor" you can remove Contractors from your RAVE system.


From the 'Contractors/Contacts' button's, 'Contractors' sub-tab:

  1. Click the action drop-down next to the 'Show' button of the contractor profile we are wanting to update
  2. Then click the 'Remove' button

                                                                                                                                                         
  3. If the Contractor has any assigned Projects, Rave will prompt you by listing all of the Project references for your review. Pushing YES will instantly remove them from every project and remove them from your Branch. Pushing Close will cancel the action and take you back to the Contractors list page
  4. If the Contractor does not have any assigned Projects, Rave will pop up the below warning. Pushing YES will instantly remove them from your Branch. Pushing Close will cancel the action and take you back to the Contractors list page 


NOTE: Neither option will delete or affect their RAVE profile with any other RAVE branches this action is only in your Branch.
