There are two ways to build a schedule in RAVE:
1. Build your Schedule Manually - By Adding Milestones (stages) and Tasks
To start, you can create a new schedule by adding milestones and tasks to them.
As illustrated below, you can add a milestone by clicking the ‘Add Milestone’ button at the bottom left of the schedule screen or through the three-dot action dropdown. After that, give your new milestone a title or name.
Next, click the 'Add Task' button to include tasks under that milestone. Repeat these steps as necessary to complete your new schedule.
2. Load a Schedule Template
Secondly, you can create a schedule by loading, and editing, a schedule template.
As shown below, you can load a previously saved schedule template by clicking the 'Load Template' button at the
bottom left of the schedule screen or through the 2 dot action dropdown next to the job number.
Both options will open the 'Load Schedule Template' pop-up. From there, you can choose your desired pre-saved schedule template and set the 'Schedule Start Date,' which will establish the start date for the first task in the schedule. The rest of the schedule will follow from this date once it’s loaded.
Note: The Load Schedule Template pop-up will default to today's date, but this can be easily adjusted by selecting the date you want your schedule to start from, before clicking the ‘LOAD TEMPLATE’ button.
