Opportunity Report


This report provides the current status of client opportunities, with filters for salesperson or status, assisting sales teams in tracking deals.


At the top of the page, you can select your date range options, either by choosing a preset range or customising your own.


Down the left of the screen shows you what each colour in the chart represents. You can then see the current client opportunities for each staff member. Hovering over the various colours of the wheel will show you the percentage and number at that opportunity. 



Scrolling down there is a graph which shows you the opportunity by stage to help identify where attention is needed.



The final report outlines the status of client opportunities, aiding sales teams in tracking deals.

This report allows you to filter by:


  • Client Name (with a clickable link to the Client Overview)
  • Project Name (with a clickable link to the Build Overview)
  • Sales Person
  • Opportunity

In this list, you will also be able to see the date the last update was made.



Follow-Up Report


Shows the status of client follow-ups by staff, allowing managers to evaluate team effectiveness in maintaining client engagement.


At the top of the page, you can select your date range options, either by choosing a preset range or customising your own. It then provides an overview of the total number of follow ups for each status.



First up is the Client Follow Up by Staff Member. This report monitors client follow-ups by staff member, helping to evaluate engagement efficiency. Hovering over the graph will display the staff members name and amount of follow ups - the colour coding gives you a visual on the status of the follow up.



At the bottom of the page is the overdue follow-up report, which lists overdue follow-ups. This report assists in prioritizing actions to avoid missed opportunities.


You can filter this information by:


  • Client (with a clickable link to the client overview page)
  • Due date of the follow up
  • Who the follow up was initiated by
  • Who the follow up is assigned to
  • The follow up status
  • The follow up event (e.g phone call/site visit)
  • Notes added to the follow up

Please Note: This will not include followups from clients with only closed projects.
