Client Losses


At the top of this report, you can select your date range options, either by choosing a preset range or customising your own.


The clients lost over time report tracks monthly client losses, aiding in the identification of attrition trends for strategic planning. To the right, you'll find a report detailing the reasons clients were lost, helping you refine your sales strategies.



The final report is a list of lost clients, which assists in follow-up and analysis to tackle retention issues. It can be filtered by:


- Project (with a link to the build overview)

- Client (with a link to the client overview)

- Date lost

- Opportunity

- Sub Opportunity

- Sales Person

- Lost Reason

- Details: Any additional notes entered when marking the client as lost



Client Leads


The Client Leads report is divided into two views that display leads created or updated within a specified date range, allowing sales teams to track progress through the pipeline and improve follow-up efforts.


At the top of the page, you can choose your date range options, either by selecting a preset range or customising your own. It then provides an overview of the total number of leads and the count for each status within your selected date range.



Scrolling down the page you can see a 10% enquiry report, this report analyses client lead sources, assisting in the optimization of marketing efforts.



Further down the page, we have a report list. This report details leads created or updated within a specified date range, helping to track lead progression.
