Provides the current status for each project as well as for the overall business, based entirely on the financial data entered into Rave at the time you run the report.


Specifically:

- We calculate the total of your bills and credit notes, subtracting any overspending to determine the Cost to Complete amount.

- We then assess your client estimate total, including approved variations, and deduct what has already been invoiced to determine the un-invoiced balance.


The difference will show either a positive or negative figure, reflecting the current status of each project. The summary line at the bottom presents the overall position for the business, again based on the financial information loaded into Rave for each project.


At the top of the report, you can perform a keyword search by project and/or filter your results by status.


Within the report, you will find:


- Project Name

- Client Name

- Contract Name

- Status

- Site Address

- Project Value (including Variations & Markup)

- Invoice Total

- Uninvoiced Total

- Quote Total

- Bill Total

- Cost to Complete

- Current Position


This report can also be exported to CSV if needed.
