To access the Business Performance Overview Report, click on 'Reporting' at the top right of your screen. This will take you to the Business Performance - Overview Report.



This report allows you to visually track KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) like sales, activated builds and leads over time. This is a helpful report for business owners and sales teams to evaluate strategies and adjust tactics for improved outcomes. 


At the top of the page, you have your date range filter options. It can be custom or a premade date range. Under the date range filters, is the Reset Dates button to easily reset your search and start again.



Performance - Sales, Activated Builds and Leads 


This report is displayed in a line graph to give you a visual. 



Sales Opportunity Stages


This report tracks your sales opportunity by stage to help identify where attention is needed.



Sales Leaderboard 


This report shows projects sold per salesperson.



Clients Lost - Reasons Given


This report provides you with the reasons for not signing a lead - this data is based on what is filled out when marking the client as lost. With the option to view more details which allows you to refine your search and export to a CSV.




10% Sub Opportunity 


This report shows how your client leads have come to you with an enquiry - making it easy to see which of your marketing strategies are the most beneficial.
