To get to our Client Invoice Branch Report, click on the Report tab at the top of your screen, then Financial to the left of your screen.



There are a huge number of Client Invoice reports in here, allowing you to look at client invoices based on how you invoice your clients. 



Starting with Progress Payments:


If you use Progress Payments to invoice your clients, you can view all client invoices within your branch using this report. It allows you to:


- Search by date range

- Search by branch

- Search by Project Status


As an Overview of all invoices as well as invoices created on the Progress Payment tab under Deposit, Other, Payment Schedule, Variation or Non Contract. This allows you to easily break it down and refine your data.



Invoices from Bills


This is going to provide you with all of your client invoices created from a supplier bill, known as a Charge Up job. Here you will find a list of all invoices that have been created, updated, requested, paid or cancelled within the selected time period.



Other Invoices:


This is a list of Invoices created from either a Quote or Purchase Order



We then have a reporting option for All Unpaid Invoices to help your financial team track outstanding invoices in one easy to access place. Next is the All Paid Invoices report to assist your team in tracking payments and revenue. Next up is the All Requested Invoices, helping to track and monitor issued but unpaid invoices. Lastly, we have Client Credit Notes to help your team manage any adjustments for your clients.
