To manage your users (this is permission dependent), click on your user dropdown at the top right of the screen, then expand the Branch Settings and click on Manager Users.


From here you will see a list of your users, their username, the date their login was created, their last login date and their assigned branches.


To the top left, there is a switch to turn on/off viewing suspended users. Moving over to the right, you can keyword search usernames or filter by groups. You can view your User Cap Info which we will go into more detail shortly, along with Exporting your users to a CSV and create a New User. At the bottom of the page you can change the default items per page from 50 to 100 or 150.

User Cap info


The User Cap info shows you how many active users vs your user cap limit for each of the 3 Tier's as well as your total active users vs total user cap. You can see below the difference between each Tier.


Tier 1: Branch Owner, Branch Sales, Site Manager, Project Admin, Project Manager, Financial Admin, Quantity Surveyor.


Tier 2: Site Staff


Tier 3: Timesheet user


Total Users: all tiers combined - a total of the branches users/user limit.
