You can access the Company Key Task Report by clicking on the Report tab in the top right corner of your screen and selecting the Company tab and then Project dropdown on the left. This report helps you track important milestones in your project schedules across all of your Rave Branches, particularly related to progress payment requests. Key moments may include signing the build contract, finalizing drawings, obtaining building consent, completing the floor down stage, framing, roof installation, and completing council inspections.
To get started select the Branches you wish to view
Choose a date range from and to and then if you wish you can filter further by Build Status, Type, Project Stage, Project Mangers and more.
Once you have your filters correct Rave will display the data on the screen and also allow you to Export all of the data to CSV.
If your Branches have miss matching Data this report will show you blanks in certain spaces and potentially duplicates if there are slight spelling or naming variations. You can then fix these per branch using the Key Tasks settings via Branch Settings.
