Want an easy way to check what price you've paid for various items and the quantity or volume you've bought over a set period of time - to negotiate better terms with your supplier?  Or a place to view ALL of your Bills and Credit Notes?  Well with RAVE FMS's new Branch Detailed Transaction Report we've got your back!

The Branch Detailed Transaction Report

The Branch Detailed Transaction Report (along with large range of other Branch Sales and Financial Reports) is available from our Reporting portal.  You can access these (with user permissions) via the Reporting tab at the top of your screen.

This will open RAVE's Reporting Portal - landing you on the Branch or Salesperson reports - depending on your role and permissions.

You can access the branch detailed transaction report, by clicking on the Branch level, Financial Reporting tab - then the Detailed Transaction Report sub-tab - to display the Branch Detailed Transaction Report table.

Here you will find all of your Quotes, Variation Quotes, Purchase Orders, Bills, Supplier Credit Notes, Invoices and Client Credit note line items - which are then able to be sorted by Reference, Category and Subcategory, Contact, Transaction Date, Due Date, Code, Description, Quantity, Cost Price, your Total (excluding GST), your Account Codes and Markup.

Running a report is easy - simply search for a project, or product code, and/or filter by Category, Sub Category Contact, the Transaction Date (period), and the type being All, any of the above choices (Quotes, Variation Quotes, Purchase Orders, Bills, Supplier Credit Notes, Invoices and Client Credit notes).  The table will update with each selection made.  Once you've finished making your selections, you can export the report to a CSV file, via the 'Export' button to the top right of the screen.

You can also now view the Markup assigned to each transaction line and use the Header "Markup" to show From ascending or descending order or vice versa by clicking and sorting the column field.

Update: Any document type in reporting that has a blue link in the document number/reference field means its a hyperlink and clicking that link will take you to that document in Rave

NOTE: You can easily reset the table filters by clicking on the Reset Filters button
