Inside of the Rave Build Show Home Portal, users can now add Follow-Ups directly from the main registration screen!
This new feature is in addition to the recent update allowing you to add notes from the same screen.
The follow-up will be added to RAVE as a quick follow-up, with today’s date and time. It will then be clearly displayed on their RAVE Home Screen’s “Next 7 Days” or “Overdue Follow-ups” section, which can be easily updated when they next log back into RAVE.
