We’ve created an in-depth video overviewing Rave Build’s NEW Financial Management System – you can check it out via the RAVE Help portal or click play on the image below.

Spoiler alert!  The video is 14 minutes long – it will give you a very good idea of what our Financial Management System is, what it does and what it doesn’t do.  You can access RAVE’s Financial Management System by clicking on the ‘Financial’ button on the home screen and/or clicking on the ‘Budget’ tab situated within a projects’ sub tab menu.  Some of the financial systems (sub tabs) covered in the video include:

  • Quote Requests – Sending your Quote and Tender Requests out.
  • Quotes & Prices – Receiving your Quotes and Tenders in.
  • Estimates – Building up a Client Estimate or proposal.
  • Purchase Orders – Creating Purchase Orders (if you use them).
  • Bills In – Receiving Bills In.
  • Invoices Out – For sending Client Invoices out.

Plus:

  • Back Costing – For real-time project back costing reports.
  • Profitability Reports For displaying expected and actual gross profit.
  • CC Report – To see if you are under or over budget by your Cost Centres.

And finally we have the Financial button, which gives you access to Financial reports across ALL of your jobs, with:

  • A Company Overview Report – A financial overview across all projects + short cuts to each of your projects’ financial details
  • A Company Profitability Report – Displaying expected and actual gross profit across all of your projects
  • A Company Progress Payment Report – Listing all client payment requests + payment status across all of your projects

The ‘Financial’ button, and the ‘Budget’ project sub tab, are available within RAVE once the Financial Management System has been activated for your business.  If this isn’t already part of your RAVE setup, and you’d like to have the Financial module added, please contact us via 07 210 2228 and/or email us at help@ravebuild.co.nz.
